Key Qualifications and Requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working in Reconciliation, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant professional capacity.
* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, taxation regulations, transaction journaling, and reconciliation workflows.
* Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to meet strict performance targets consistently.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced capability in operating Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
