Professional Staff Positions
* Management & Supervision: MPE Superintendent, HR Supervisor, HR Foreman, GA Supervisor, FA Supervisor, Civil Supervisor, Civil Foreman, and Logistics Supervisor.
* Operational & Technical Leadership: IT Foreman, Logistics Foreman, Fuel Foreman, HSE Supervisor, HSE Foreman, and MPE Foreman.
* Training & Maintenance: Operator Supervisor, Operation Foreman, Mechanical Trainer Supervisor, Mechanical Trainer Foreman, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Foreman.
* Specialized Roles: Engineer Supervisor, Surveyor Supervisor, Geotech Supervisor, and Paramedic.
Non-Staff & Operational Roles
* Heavy Equipment Operations: Operators for D10, Vibro, Motor Grader, Bulldozer, Excavator, and Crane.

## Application Requirements
To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the desired position.
* Certification: Possession of BNSP certification (POP, POM, etc.) is highly preferred for supervisory roles.
* Licensing: Candidates for driver and operator positions must hold a valid SIM BII Umum.
* Technical Skills: Completion of the Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) is advantageous for technical staff.
* Commitment: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at the Weda Bay Nickel (WBN) site in North Maluku and adhere to a rotational work roster.
