Professional Staff Positions
* Management & Supervision: MPE Superintendent, HR Supervisor/Foreman, GA Supervisor/Foreman, Civil Supervisor/Foreman, and Logistics Supervisor/Foreman.
* Technical & Operations: IT Foreman, Fuel Foreman, Maintenance Supervisor/Foreman, and MPE Supervisor/Foreman.
* Health, Safety, and Training: HSE Supervisor/Foreman, Paramedic, and various Trainer positions for Operations and Mechanics.
Skilled Non-Staff Roles
* Heavy Equipment Operators: ADT, Vibro, Motor Grader, Bulldozer, Excavator, and Crane operators.
* Drivers: Water Truck, Fuel Truck, Manual, LV, and Dump Truck drivers.
* Maintenance & Technical Support: Wheel/Track/ADT/DT Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Mechanical Inspectors, Welders, and Tyremen.
## Application Requirements
To be considered for these roles, candidates must demonstrate relevant experience and hold the necessary credentials to thrive in a demanding site environment:
1. Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience in a relevant position is mandatory.
2. Certification: Preference will be given to candidates holding BNSP certifications (POP, POM, etc.) for supervisory roles, as well as those with BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) certificates.
3. Licensing: Drivers and operators must possess a valid BII Umum driver’s license.
4. Documentation: Applicants must provide a current CV, work experience testimonials, national ID (KTP), Family Card (KK), NPWP, and the latest educational diplomas.
5. Commitment: All candidates must be prepared to work on a roster system at the Weda Bay Nickel jobsite in North Maluku.
