## Current Open Positions
We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic, and highly motivated individuals to fill the following roles at our Cikarang and Karawang plants:
1. Production Operator
* Responsibilities: Execute production workflows according to SOPs, ensure product quality, maintain workplace cleanliness and safety, and report performance to supervisors.
* Requirements: High school (SMA/SMK) diploma, open to fresh graduates, physical/mental health fitness, and willingness to work in shift patterns.
2. Painting Operator
* Responsibilities: Operate painting machinery following standard procedures, maintain high-quality finishes, and manage safety protocols.
* Requirements: High school diploma, previous experience as a Painting Operator in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
3. Quality Control (QC)
* Responsibilities: Conduct product inspections using measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.), prepare daily inspection reports, and ensure compliance with strict product specifications.
* Requirements: High school diploma, previous experience in manufacturing QC is required, detail-oriented mindset.
4. Driver (BII Umum)
* Responsibilities: Operate trucks according to set routes, ensure safe and timely delivery, perform routine vehicle maintenance, and adhere to traffic regulations.
* Requirements: Possess an active BII Umum driver’s license and an active Forklift SIO, minimum 1 year of experience in truck driving and forklift operations.
5. Maintenance (Mold & Injection)
* Responsibilities: Perform scheduled maintenance on injection and painting machinery, conduct troubleshooting, and manage maintenance tools including cooling towers, compressors, and chillers.
* Requirements: SMK/D3 degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Must possess foundational knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
