## Launch Your Professional Journey with the FADP
SERA is currently inviting ambitious young professionals to join our Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP). This intensive six-month development track is meticulously designed to sharpen your expertise and deepen your understanding of core management processes within the prestigious SERA Group.
Key Responsibilities
Upon joining the program, participants will take on pivotal roles in branch operations, including:
* Financial Oversight: Managing branch cash flow, billing progress, and accounts receivable (A/R).
* Payment Verification: Validating payment requests, debt recognition documentation, and performing bank reconciliations for vendors and customers.
* Reporting & Budgeting: Preparing regular branch performance reports and assisting in the formulation of annual branch budgets.
* Asset Management: Monitoring the status and maintenance costs of public facilities and branch assets.
* Operational Leadership: Coordinating administrative personnel, overseeing office health and safety standards, and facilitating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives as directed by the Branch Manager.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented individuals ready to make an impact. To be eligible for the FADP, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Applicants with up to two years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, or Public Accounting are preferred.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
* Technical Proficiency: A proven ability to generate and analyze financial statements regularly.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, high initiative, a customer-centric mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Indonesia.
