1. Finished Goods Warehouse Section Head (Kasie Gudang Barang Jadi)
This leadership role is critical to maintaining the efficiency of our distribution supply chain.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, preferably within the bottled water or beverage manufacturing industry.
* Core Competencies:
* Proficiency in FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management principles.
* Comprehensive understanding of finished goods warehouse workflows.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
* Possess a proactive, independent, honest, and communicative character.
2. Production Section Head (Kasie Produksi)
We are seeking a technical leader capable of overseeing high-volume production lines while maintaining our strict quality standards.
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Production Leader in an FMCG manufacturing environment, preferably in the bottled water sector.
* Core Competencies:
* Proven expertise in production process management, planning, and scheduling.
* Skilled in quality control and process supervision.
* Ability to perform under pressure to meet production output targets without compromising quality.
* Strong team management, leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.
3. Operational Admin (Admin Operasional)

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) from any major.
* Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
