## About the Role: Production Foreman
The Production Foreman plays a pivotal role in maintaining manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety. This position demands a proactive leader capable of bridging strategic production targets with daily factory floor execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Execute and monitor daily machine operations to strictly adhere to established company standards.
* Quality & Quantity Control: Supervise the entire production workflow within your designated area to guarantee that output metrics meet targeted volume and quality benchmarks.
* Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accurate, timely logging of all manufacturing activities and shift outputs.
* Material Management: Coordinate closely with supply schedules to verify that raw material availability aligns seamlessly with production forecasts.
* Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate overall manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
## Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
