Core Responsibilities
* Production Preparation & 5S: Execute daily 5S protocols before setup to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Prepare production supplies, sub-materials, and execute warm-up routines, start-up checks, and master sample verifications. Meticulously fill out all operational maintenance records and actively participate in daily team briefings.
* Productivity & OEE: Maximize machine and equipment uptime during operational hours. Meet stringent shiftly output targets and cycle times while maintaining equipment health to minimize unplanned breakdowns. Support seamless changeover activities across workstations.
* Quality Assurance: Drive down production scrap ratios, eliminate customer claims, and preserve optimal quality standards throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. Strictly adhere to internal working instructions, standard operating procedures, and corporate governance policies.

Core Responsibilities
* Incoming Logistics: Safely unload trucks using forklifts, cross-reference shipment quantities against invoices and packing lists, inspect packaging for visual defects, process goods receipts in SAP POE, and manage document filing.
* Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC): Supply and record components and supporting materials, prepare daily production schedules in SAP, and coordinate directly with the production department. Execute monthly inventory counts, maintain strict inventory layouts, enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methodologies, troubleshoot SAP POE errors (GR, Production, GI), and uphold 5S standards.
* Delivery Operations: Download daily orders, prepare and print delivery notes, transport pallets from storage to repacking areas, and transfer items from plastic boxes to carton boxes for aftermarket (AA) orders. Handle pallet packing, audit checklists, wrapping, strapping, loading area staging, and final Good Issue processing in SAP POE.
* Internal Milkrun: Manage cyclical milkrun schedules, update production planning progress, maintain Kanban and Heijunka boards, handle raw material and finished goods material handling, manage returnable empty containers, and update SAP POE product audit checklists.
* Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Conduct routine pre-operational checklists for forklifts, pallet stackers, and hand trucks. Perform regular MHE maintenance, battery charging, and cleaning.
* Software & Application Competency: Utilize Microsoft Office, SAP POE, SAP PA5, Power BI, and SketchUp to streamline logistics workflows.
