1. Staff Admin Accounting / Finance (Code: ADM)
* Responsibilities: Generate periodic sales reports and ensure that administrative tasks, sales processing, and billing strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Accounting, Management, or Business Administration); proficient in MS Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PIVOT); experience in FMCG, retail, or building materials is a plus; must be based in Bekasi and have received at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
2. Staff Admin Warehouse (Code: ADM LOG)
* Responsibilities: Oversee delivery and receipt reports, ensure logistics procedures are followed, and maintain optimal warehouse inventory levels.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree; strong MS Excel skills; prior warehouse administration experience is preferred; must not be colorblind and must have received at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
3. Head of Administration (Code: KADM)
* Responsibilities: Manage and verify all order processes, returns, and billing procedures to ensure total compliance.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree (Accounting, Management, or Business Administration); advanced MS Excel skills; minimum 2 years of experience as a sales/billing/accounting supervisor; strong communication skills; willing to travel for business as required.
4. Head of Warehouse (Code: KALOG)
* Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor the receipt, organization, and shipment preparation of goods for our customers.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree; expert in MS Excel; minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role; must be based in Bali or Manado and have received at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
5. Warehouse Operator / Helper (Code: WORKER)
* Qualifications: Minimum SMA/SMK (Technical/Mechanical/Electrical background preferred); energetic, detail-oriented, and resilient; previous experience as a machine technician or warehouse assistant is a distinct advantage.
6. Cargo Driver (Code: DRIVER)
* Qualifications: Minimum SMA/SMK; must hold a valid SIM B/B1/B2 or B2 General license; minimum 2 years of experience driving cargo or double-axle vehicles; strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting; physically fit and not colorblind.
7. Forklift Operator (Code: FORKLIFT)
* Qualifications: Minimum SMA/SMK education; must possess a valid SIO for forklift operation; physically healthy and not colorblind; must have received at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
8. Value Added Service (VAS) Officer (Code: Vas Officer)
* Qualifications: Minimum SMA/SMK; target-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills; characterized by honesty, high attention to detail, and a persistent work ethic; physically healthy and not colorblind.
