1. Fresh Operator Program (FOP)
This program is designed to develop skilled heavy equipment operators ready for field deployment.
* Requirements: Male, aged 21–24; minimum height 165 cm; single status; physically and mentally fit.
* Criteria: Must have no tattoos or body piercings; SMK graduate or equivalent; willing to undergo physical/mental training; willingness to be stationed at any PST job site. (Proficiency in driving is highly valued).
2. Fresh Mechanic Program (FMP)
A technical-focused program aimed at training the next generation of expert mechanics.
* Requirements: Male, aged 18–24; minimum height 163 cm; single status; physically and mentally fit.
* Criteria: No tattoos or body piercings; vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Heavy Equipment, Automotive, Electrical, or Light Vehicle Engineering. Must be prepared for intensive training and field relocation.

Selection Schedule (Offline at BKK SMKN Nusawungu)
The testing process will occur from April 21–23, 2025, for those who pass the initial screening:
* Day 1: Physical examination (height, body art check) and psychometric testing.
* Day 2: Formal interview.
* Day 3: Medical Check-Up (MCU) and parent/guardian meeting.
