We are currently recruiting for several key leadership positions across our operations. Please review the qualifications below to determine the best fit for your expertise.
1. Group Leader Finance & Accounting
This role focuses on optimizing the procurement of goods and services across all project sites through rigorous monitoring, financial analysis, and vendor management.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Key Skills: Proficient in P&L statement analysis, journal entry, bank reconciliation, financial adjustments, and comprehensive financial reporting.
* Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
2. Group Leader Fuel
The Group Leader Fuel ensures the seamless distribution of bio-diesel by managing fuel stations and tanker trucks, while overseeing administrative compliance and operational scheduling for the Production Department.
* Education: High school graduate or diploma holders in Engineering disciplines (Mining, Environmental, Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, Electrical, Civil, Geodesy, Robotics, Computer, Informatics, or Renewable Energy).
* Experience: 2–3 years of experience in fuel management or relevant operational fields.
3. Group Leader Warehouse
You will be responsible for inventory accuracy, managing stock movement systems (FIFO/LIFO), and conducting precision stock opname audits.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Management, or Civil Engineering.
* Key Skills: Expert in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, and strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Experience: 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
4. Group Leader Industrial Relation
This position is vital for ensuring organizational compliance with labor laws, managing recruitment lifecycles, and overseeing employee relations.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Key Skills: Must hold a valid Advocate certification.
* Experience: 2–3 years of experience in HR, legal compliance, or industrial relations.
5. Group Leader Mine Plan
In this role, you will bridge the gap between geological modeling and actual production by creating annual and quarterly mine designs and monitoring progress in the pit.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
* Experience: 2–3 years in mine planning or related technical mining roles.
6. Group Leader Production
Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met in accordance with safety and operational protocols.
* Education: High School graduate (Science or Social studies streams).
* Key Skills: Must possess a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
* Experience: 1–2 years in mining production environments.
