## Role Overview: MEP Supervisor
As an MEP Supervisor at PT Primajaya Prasarana, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence and maintenance of electrical infrastructure across our diverse property portfolio. You will serve as a key technical liaison, ensuring that all building and landscape lighting systems function at peak performance while managing strategic electrical installations.
Key Responsibilities
* Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee the proactive maintenance and repair of electrical installations, including street lighting, generator sets, HVAC systems, and general office building electrical grids.
* Planning and Procurement: Develop comprehensive plans and accurate cost estimates for lighting procurement to support residential common areas, public parks, and clubhouse facilities.
* Project Oversight: Provide expert guidance during the installation of street lighting clusters and utility poles, ensuring precise placement to align with design specifications.
* Strategic Coordination: Work closely with project architects to finalize light placement layouts and manage all necessary communications and scheduling with PLN regarding utility pole installations.
* Landscape Implementation: Design and oversee the installation of garden and pathway lighting, ensuring aesthetic alignment with the overall project vision.
## Required Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who meets the following criteria:
* Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an MEP Supervisor, preferably within the luxury residential property development sector.
* Geographic Availability: Must reside in or around the Cibubur, Cikeas, or Depok areas.
* Professional Readiness: Candidates must be prepared to start immediately and will be based at our Head Office in Permata Cimanggis.
