## Available Positions
We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following roles:
1. SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Staff
The SHE Staff plays a vital role in maintaining the safety standards and well-being of our workforce across all operational areas.
* Ensuring the seamless implementation of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) protocols in the workplace.
* Conducting safety outreach programs and educating staff on hazard identification.
* Performing regular site inspections and conducting thorough incident investigations.
* Developing comprehensive K3 documentation and reporting.
* Organizing safety briefings, training sessions, and emergency simulations.
* Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to execute corporate safety programs.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
* At least one year of professional experience in HSE, K3, or environmental management.
* Strong understanding of K3 Management Systems (SMK3).
* Certification in Basic K3 is required; possession of an AK3 Umum certification is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety reporting software.
* Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to teamwork.
* Willingness to conduct regular field visits to operational sites.
2. Accounting Staff
The Accounting Staff is responsible for maintaining financial integrity and ensuring that all fiscal operations adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Accurately recording financial transactions in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Verifying documentation completeness prior to monthly closing cycles.
* Performing account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of balances and transaction records.
* Supporting the monthly closing process and ensuring timely journal entries.
* Preparing and reviewing Trial Balances and standard financial accounting reports.
* Executing journal adjustments, clearing, accruals, and reclassifications as necessary.
* Providing support to internal users and assisting with external audits and accounting-related tasks.
* Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
* At least two years of proven experience in an accounting role.
* Deep understanding of core accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
* Familiarity with current accounting and tax regulations.
* Prior experience with ERP systems or accounting software is considered a significant advantage.
