We are currently seeking a motivated and disciplined professional to join our team at the Citeureup Warehouse facility. This role is essential to our logistics chain, ensuring that our high-quality products are managed and dispatched with precision.
Key Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience of at least one year is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a foundational understanding of ERP systems and operational workflows.
* Personal Attributes: Strong sense of discipline, integrity, and personal accountability.
* Status: This recruitment is conducted through an outsourcing (OS) partnership.
Core Responsibilities
The Warehouse Staff (Outbound) will be tasked with maintaining the integrity of our supply chain through the following duties:
1. Digital Operations: Execute and process Management Information System (MIS) tasks assigned via mobile applications.
2. Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick items from storage and perform professional packing for transport.
3. Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock opname procedures and organize goods within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility.
4. Quality Assurance: Inspect all outgoing shipments to ensure products are in excellent condition before dispatch.
5. Operational Standards: Rigorously uphold Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety (K4LM) standards within the warehouse environment.
6. Maintenance: Ensure the general tidiness and structural organization of the storage area at all times.
