## Core Responsibilities of the HVAC Operator
As an integral member of our facilities and maintenance team, you will ensure that all climate control and ventilation systems operate at peak efficiency. Your daily duties and responsibilities will encompass:
* Preventive Maintenance: Executing scheduled upkeep protocols to extend the lifespan of HVAC infrastructure and prevent unexpected operational downtime.
* Routine Inspections: Conducting systematic daily and weekly checks on equipment performance, refrigerant levels, and electrical components.
* Minor Repairs: Promptly troubleshooting and fixing minor mechanical or electrical faults within the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
* System Monitoring: Keeping a close watch on system gauges, digital controls, and environmental parameters to maintain optimal facility conditions.
## Ideal Candidate Profile and Requirements
To qualify for this technical role, applicants must meet specific educational and operational criteria designed to ensure readiness for a fast-paced manufacturing setting:
Educational Background: High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) graduate. Specialization in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering (Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara*) is strongly preferred.
* Age Requirement: Minimum of 18 years old at the time of application.
* Work Schedule: Fully prepared and flexible to work in rotating shifts to support continuous facility operations.
* Technical Competency: Demonstrated capability in executing preventive maintenance, conducting routine inspections, and performing minor HVAC repairs independently.
* Work Location: Ready and willing to be stationed at our Depok manufacturing plant.
