* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience in Accounting or Costing.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and professional accounting software.
* Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of financial reporting and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS/HPP) calculations.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills, high attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
* Field Orientation: A willingness to learn and understand the operational aspects of fish farming.
* Preferred Assets: Previous experience within the manufacturing or fisheries industries will be considered a significant advantage.
## Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Documentation: Overseeing transaction recording and the systematic preparation of financial reports.
2. Cost Management: Calculating cultivation costs, including feed, seed, and overall operational expenses, while accurately determining COGS.
3. Asset Oversight: Monitoring stock levels and the valuation of biological assets (fish inventory).
4. Partnership Administration: Managing records regarding partnership agreements and profit-sharing distributions.
5. Operational Analysis: Conducting cost control measures and performing variance analysis to optimize site performance.
6. Reporting: Compiling comprehensive profit reports per pond and per production cycle to support data-driven management decisions.
