## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in a relevant discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a comparable role. Backgrounds within Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) sectors—particularly in Oil & Gas, Geothermal, Pulp & Paper, and Power Plant projects—are strongly preferred.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, seamless coordination, and robust problem-solving abilities.
