## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Staff member at PT Niramas Utama, you will serve a vital function in maintaining the seamless flow of logistics and supply chain operations. Accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency are paramount to ensuring that daily distribution runs without a hitch.
Your core day-to-day duties will encompass the following critical tasks:
* Documentation Audit: Thoroughly review previous shipping paperwork, including verifying Purchase Orders (POs) and matching quantities against established benchmarks.
* Daily Delivery List (DPH) Reconciliation: Cross-reference shipped invoice quantities directly against the Daily Delivery List (DPH) to spot and resolve discrepancies immediately.
* Proof of Delivery (POD) Management: Process incoming Proof of Delivery documents, handle Goods Issue (GI) cancellations, and perform comprehensive reviews of shipping document completeness.
* Delivery Order Adjustments: Update and reschedule Delivery Orders (DO) for shipments that encountered delivery failures.
* Inventory Tracking: Continuously audit sent invoices, monitor remaining stock levels listed on the DPH, and reconcile them with processed PODs.
