General Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Academic Performance: Possess a minimum GPA of 2.9 out of 4.0.
* Professional Experience: Proven experience in building construction projects is required, with preference given to those familiar with BUMN Karya project environments.
* Technical Proficiency: A comprehensive understanding of MEP systems and the ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
* Supervisory Skills: Demonstrated capability to oversee and manage MEP work effectively on-site.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be deployed across any of PT Nindya Beton’s operational regions.
