## Current Open Position: Purchasing Junior Staff
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our procurement department. This role is essential for maintaining our supply chain efficiency and ensuring that our production lines receive high-quality materials on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
As a Purchasing Junior Staff member, you will play a critical role in our operational success. Your primary duties will include:
* Supplier Management: Identifying, sourcing, and evaluating potential suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
* Quotation Analysis: Requesting, scrutinizing, and comparing supplier quotations to secure the best value for the company.
* Negotiation: Engaging with vendors to finalize pricing, delivery timelines, and favorable payment terms.
* Documentation: Managing the end-to-end creation and processing of formal Purchase Orders (PO).
