## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our team continues to deliver industry-leading results, we are looking for candidates who meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Candidates for positions 1, 3, and 7 should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
* Candidates for positions 2, 4, and 6 must possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Candidates for position 5 should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of one year of relevant experience in their respective fields.
* Language Proficiency: While not mandatory, the ability to communicate effectively in English is highly preferred.
* Work Location: All positions are based on-site at our facility in Kuala Tanjung, Batu Bara.
