1. Nickel Sales Officer
As a Nickel Sales Officer, you will be the bridge between our production and our clients, ensuring seamless delivery and financial reconciliation.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor smelter loading conditions daily, manage invoicing, follow up on outstanding payments, and prepare comprehensive management reports.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any major, minimum one year of sales experience (mining sector preferred), and proficiency in both English and Mandarin. Candidates must be hardworking, innovative, and ready for immediate deployment.
2. Personal Assistant to the Director
We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to provide high-level administrative support to our executive leadership.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage complex scheduling, handle travel reimbursements and vendor payments, prepare executive documentation, and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Secretary, Law, or Communications preferred), minimum two years of relevant experience, and expert proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual ability (English/Indonesian) is required; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
