## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the high standards of our operations, prospective candidates should meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) diploma.
* Experience: Preference given to candidates with at least one year of relevant industry experience (applicable for positions 1 and 2).
* Technical Skills:
* Ability to analyze CPO and kernel quality is highly preferred for Analyst Helper (position 2).
* Proficiency in computer operations is required for Admin Laboratory Helper (position 1).
* Solid understanding of basic administrative processes (position 1).
* Personal Attributes:
* Excellent physical and mental health.
* Proven integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
* Strong ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Location: Must be willing to be stationed in Rengat, Riau.
