We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our training and development initiatives.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Key Skills: Mastery of the Learning & Development cycle, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong analytical reporting capabilities.
* Preferences: Two years of experience in HR development and relevant certifications such as CTDP or Instructional Design.
2. Data Management Support Officer (ODS)
This role focuses on maintaining data integrity and providing actionable insights through robust management systems.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Management, Accounting, or Business Administration.
* Key Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, database management, and the ability to build data dashboards.
* Preferences: Experience with SQL, BI tools, or ERP systems is highly desirable.
3. HR Development Support Officer (ODS)
