1. Footwear Developer
We are looking for an innovative developer to lead the design and materialization of our next generation of safety footwear.
* Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends in materials and styles.
* Utilize CAD software to develop detailed 3D prototypes.
* Coordinate with vendors to oversee the creation of high-quality sample shoes.
* Manage project budgets, including procurement of supplies and materials.
* Innovate with new manufacturing materials like specialized rubber compounds, foams, and polymers.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to align product design with promotional campaigns.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
* Minimum of one year of experience in the footwear industry.
* Deep understanding of footwear manufacturing processes.
* Proficiency in design software including Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and MODO.
2. Editor & Videographer
We are seeking a creative visual storyteller to bring our brand narrative to life through dynamic video and photo content.
* Execute high-quality video production, lighting, and photography.
* Produce engaging content for social media and marketing platforms.
* Expertly edit video and photo assets using professional software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut.
* Create creative video content, including mobile-optimized edits and voice-over-driven narratives.
* Work effectively within a team to meet tight production deadlines.
* Minimum one year of experience in a similar creative role.
* High attention to detail and a strong sense of visual creativity.
* Proficiency in professional editing software and mobile-based editing tools.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
* Minimum education: High School diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Placement: Kembangan, West Jakarta.
3. Digital Marketing Intern (Paid Internship)
