## Open Positions and Professional Requirements

1. Information Systems Development Staff (Subject: Staf PSI)
* Role: Design, develop, and maintain critical support systems while ensuring compliance with technical standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT (Accredited A/Unggul). Proficiency in SQL, PL SQL, Java, and .NET. TOEFL score of at least 450.
2. Business Development Staff (Subject: Staf PUS)
* Role: Analyze business requirements, translate them into system specifications (BRS), and lead training initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (GPA ≥ 3.00) in relevant quantitative or management fields. At least 2 years of experience in finance, banking, or fintech. Strong analytical skills and a TOEFL score of at least 500.
3. Information Security Staff (Subject: Staf KSI)
* Role: Conduct cyber threat assessments, mitigate vulnerabilities, and manage information security technologies such as SIEM and DLP.
