## Career Opportunity: Production Officer
As a Production Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high manufacturing standards that Konimex is known for. Your expertise will directly impact the daily output and operational integrity of the facility.
Core Responsibilities
* Process Oversight: Monitor daily manufacturing operations closely and execute prompt corrective actions whenever operational deviations or anomalies occur.
* Audit Resolution: Develop, coordinate, and implement effective improvement initiatives derived from internal and external audit findings.
* Data-Driven Reporting: Generate comprehensive production reports and perform thorough data analysis to optimize workflows, minimize bottlenecks, and enhance overall manufacturing productivity.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Open to male and female candidates up to a maximum age of 40 years.
Educational Background: Must hold a professional Pharmacist degree (Profesi Apoteker) or a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi*).
* Academic Achievement: A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 for the Bachelor's degree, with a maximum study duration of 6 years.
* Work Arrangement: Must be willing and flexible to work in rotating shifts.
* Work Location: The position is permanently based at the main PT Konimex facility in Solo (Sukoharjo, Central Java).
