Key Requirements
Candidates interested in building a career with a dynamic, forward-thinking agricultural company must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Fresh graduates holding a minimum D4 or S1 degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agrotechnology, Food Technology, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases, or Plantation Production Management.
* Training Commitment: Willingness to undergo a comprehensive 6-month intensive training program.
* Service Bond: Commitment to a 2-year service agreement upon completion of training.
* Mobility: Flexibility and readiness to be stationed in our operational sites across East Kalimantan and West Kalimantan.
