## Open Position: Administration Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our operational efficiency. This role is essential for maintaining the seamless flow of resources across our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the management, storage, and distribution of healthcare and promotional materials.
* Ensure that all field teams and branch offices receive supplies in a timely and accurate manner.
* Maintain precise shipping documentation and inventory records.
* Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize distribution workflows.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold a minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree or equivalent from any field of study.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in administrative task management and data processing, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
* Soft Skills: Strong coordination and communication abilities; highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Availability: Willing to be stationed at our Cempaka Putih office in Central Jakarta.
