## Position Overview: Production Operator
The Production Operator role is critical to maintaining the precision and efficiency of our manufacturing lines. Successful candidates will work within our Cikande facility to ensure the consistent output of high-quality nitrocellulose, adhering strictly to safety protocols and operational standards.
Essential Qualifications
To ensure our production standards are maintained, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Minimum of 18 years old.
* Educational Background: Vocational high school (SMK/SMTI) graduates, specifically in the fields of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
* Experience Level: Entry-level candidates (fresh graduates) are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Operational Requirements: Must be flexible and willing to work in a rotating shift system.
