## Current Openings
1. Accounting Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to maintain the integrity of our financial records.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing journal entries, general ledgers, and financial reporting; conducting statement reviews; assisting in audit procedures; overseeing payroll collaboration with HR; and monitoring petty cash and loans.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; fluency in Mandarin (oral and written); at least 3 years of relevant experience; and proficiency in PSAK standards and Microsoft Excel.
2. Cashier
This role is essential for maintaining accurate daily financial operations and ensuring a positive experience for our stakeholders.
* Key Responsibilities: Processing payments (cash, checks, cards); reconciling daily transactions; maintaining financial records; and providing excellent customer service.
* Requirements: Previous experience in a cashier or financial role; strong numerical and problem-solving abilities; high level of accuracy under pressure; and effective interpersonal skills.
3. Export-Import Staff
Join our logistics team to streamline international supply chain processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing customs clearance and shipping documentation; coordinating with freight forwarders; monitoring inventory levels; and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
* Requirements: Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain; minimum 2 years of export-import experience in manufacturing; strong knowledge of trade laws; and proficiency in logistics software. Fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
4. Finance AR Staff
Manage our revenue cycle by ensuring the timely collection and reconciliation of accounts.
* Key Responsibilities: Processing invoices; following up on outstanding balances; performing credit checks; and preparing aging reports.
* Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or credit control; Mandarin proficiency; analytical mindset; and deep knowledge of accounting principles.
5. Mandarin Translator
Bridge the communication gap in our diverse, international work environment.
* Key Responsibilities: Translating technical reports and correspondence; providing real-time interpretation during business meetings; and ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
* Requirements: Fluency in Mandarin and English; 3 years of professional experience as a translator/interpreter; research-oriented mindset; and familiarity with industrial terminology.
6. Purchasing Staff
Support our operational efficiency by managing material procurement and supplier relationships.
* Key Responsibilities: Processing purchase requisitions; negotiating with suppliers; monitoring inventory levels; and preparing procurement reports for stakeholders.
* Requirements: 1–3 years of purchasing experience; Mandarin fluency; strong negotiation skills; and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
