## Current Career Opportunities
We are currently expanding our workforce and have immediate openings for the following roles. All positions require a commitment to working on-site at our PT Indonesia Konawe Industrial Park facility in Southeast Sulawesi.
1. Deputy Chief of Mine Road Construction Management
We are looking for a hands-on leader to oversee our critical infrastructure projects.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing the construction of hauling roads and ensuring project timelines are met.
* Requirements:
* Prior experience in road construction management.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* In-depth technical knowledge of hauling road construction processes.
* Minimum education: High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Personnel Officer (HR)
Our HR department is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage employee affairs and administration.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing employee databases, attendance tracking, and administrative processing for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
* Requirements:
* Previous experience in HR or personnel management.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
3. Heavy Equipment Operators
