Quality and Compliance Roles
* Quality Assurance Staff: Manage quality documentation, product risk assessments, and PQR preparation. Requires a degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry (GPA min. 2.75) from an accredited university.
* Quality Control Staff: Perform risk assessments, literature reviews, and provide recommendations. Requires a degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry (GPA min. 2.75).
* Risk & Compliance Officer: Conduct internal work process audits. Open to graduates in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics, or Statistics (GPA min. 2.75).
* K3 Staff (Occupational Health & Safety): Identify hazards and manage safety programs. Requires a D3 degree in OHS. AK3 certification is a distinct advantage.
Pharmaceutical & Production Roles
* Pharmacist-in-Charge: Manage licensing, drug distribution, and warehouse operations. Must be a licensed Pharmacist with strong communication skills and availability for shift work.
* Product Development Staff: Lead the formulation of new and existing products in compliance with GMP (CPOB) and BPOM regulations. Requires a degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering.
