1. Regional Management Specialist
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive analyses of regional growth, profitability, and market share. Propose regional management policies, monitor organic business development implementation, and draft organizational criteria for regional units.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s preferred); 5+ years of relevant experience.
2. Regional Management Analyst
* Key Responsibilities: Gather data regarding regional business performance, technical team competence, and market potential to support management decision-making.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2–3 years of relevant experience.
3. Corporate Development Specialist
* Key Responsibilities: Facilitate inorganic business expansion, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and strategic partnerships. Prepare financial projections and investment feasibility studies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business; 5+ years in strategic planning or M&A.
4. Governance Analyst
* Key Responsibilities: Analyze corporate governance policies, benchmark GCG (Good Corporate Governance) standards against industry peers, and act as a liaison for external GCG assessments.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Law; 2–3 years in compliance or corporate planning.
5. Legal Analyst
* Key Responsibilities: Provide legal support, draft and review contracts, and manage legal data to mitigate business risks.

* Key Responsibilities: Manage office agendas, documentation, meeting minutes, and operational coordination.

7. HC & Organizational Strategy Specialist
* Key Responsibilities: Formulate HR strategies, design organizational structures, perform workload analyses, and advise subsidiary entities.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Management or Industrial Engineering; 5+ years of experience in HC or Organization Management.
8. Risk Management Analyst
* Key Responsibilities: Implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRI), and foster a risk-aware culture across the group.

10. IT Development & Operations Manager
* Key Responsibilities: Direct digital transformation roadmaps, manage SDLC/DevOps processes, and oversee system performance and IT projects.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT; 5+ years in IT operations or managerial roles.
11. IT Security Specialist
* Key Responsibilities: Enforce information security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and manage network/endpoint protection.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in IT or Cybersecurity; 5+ years of experience. Certifications like CCNA or Network+ are preferred.
12. Application Development Specialist

* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Management, Law, or Social Sciences; 5+ years in CSR/Sustainability, including 3 years in a managerial role.
