We are seeking talented, forward-thinking professionals to join our team in the following capacities:
1. PC (Spec. Management) Jr. Specialist
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (min. GPA 3.00). Fluency in English is mandatory; Korean language proficiency is a significant advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome, though one year of experience is preferred.
2. Paint (Engineering) Specialist
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Candidates must possess at least three years of proven experience in paint process engineering within the automotive sector, along with a deep understanding of Paint Shop operations and English fluency.
3. Part Development (Exterior) Specialist
* Responsibilities: Oversee project development for exterior components, manage supplier relationships, ensure cost-efficiency, and monitor stock levels to guarantee mass production readiness.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with at least four years of experience in part development, negotiation, and raw material control.
4. Part Development (Cost Management) Specialist
* Responsibilities: Manage capital investment and operational budgets (OPEX), forecast raw material costs, manage foreign exchange adjustments, and ensure ISO management system compliance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with four years of professional experience in purchasing and cost management.
5. R&D (Vehicle Test) Specialist
* Responsibilities: Manage vehicle testing, ensure regulatory homologation compliance, coordinate with the South Korean R&D team, and uphold rigorous safety standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least three years of relevant experience.
6. Quality Center (Powertrain & Electrical) Specialist
* Responsibilities: Monitor engine and electrical component quality, execute root-cause analysis, and collaborate with suppliers to improve reliability and reduce production defects.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with three years of industry experience.
7. R&D (Engineering Design) Specialist
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (min. GPA 3.00) in Engineering. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in electrical or exterior automotive design and possess strong English communication skills.
8. Assembly (Production) Jr. Specialist
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (min. GPA 3.00). Requires a valid driver’s license (SIM A). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; one year of experience is a plus.
