1. BIM Coordinator / Engineer
This role is perfect for those who excel in ISO 19650-based information management and integrated BIM workflows.
* Key Responsibilities: Develop and monitor model production progress, ensure coordination between models, and generate shop drawings.
* Technical Requirements: Proficiency in BIM authoring tools (Autodesk), CDE platforms (BIM 360/ACC), Navisworks, Cubicost, and rendering software like Lumion or Enscape.
* Qualifications: D3/D4/S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in building construction. BIM certification (software/information management) or SKK BIM is required.
2. Quantity Surveyor
Join us to ensure project cost efficiency through meticulous data management and BIM-based analysis.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct volume calculations, quantity take-offs, RAB development, and evaluate BIM-based project progress.
* Technical Requirements: Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Cubicost is mandatory; knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is preferred.
* Qualifications: D3/D4/S1 in Civil Engineering with at least 1 year of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building construction.
3. Scheduler

* Key Responsibilities: Implement comprehensive project management frameworks and optimize the control of time and site resources.
* Technical Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
* Qualifications: D3/D4/S1 in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in high-rise or large-scale building projects.
4. Mechanical Engineer
We require experts to oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems for our high-profile strategic developments.
* Key Responsibilities: Analyze MEP system requirements, review designs, calculate technical needs, and coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors.
* Technical Requirements: Advanced knowledge of MEP building systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
* Qualifications: S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience handling high-rise buildings, such as office towers or hospitals.
