HPM is currently seeking skilled and diligent professionals to join its operational team as a Forklift Operator. This role is critical to the efficiency of the company's supply chain, ensuring that loading, unloading, and distribution processes are handled with precision and safety.
Core Responsibilities
* Safely operate forklift machinery within the warehouse and production environment.
* Execute loading and unloading procedures in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Candidate Requirements
* Age: Minimum of 18 years old.
* Certification: Possession of a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) for forklifts is mandatory.
* Skillset: Proven proficiency in forklift operation.
* Physical Standards: Excellent physical and mental health, with no visual impairments.
* Performance Metrics: Strong academic background with a minimum average report card score of 7.
