Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in daily operations, ensuring that the production floor remains efficient, safe, and productive. Core duties include:
* Process Monitoring: Overseeing machine performance, maintaining optimal equipment health, and conducting rigorous quality assurance checks on finished bottles.
* Operational Readiness: Preparing raw materials, packaging supplies, and documentation, including work orders and technical specification sheets.
* Data Management: Generating daily production reports and environmental control logs for supervisory review.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with internal departments to address and resolve any non-conformity issues swiftly.
* Technical Performance Analysis: Regularly evaluating process efficiency and suggesting improvements to enhance output.
Candidate Profile and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma 3 (D3) degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. A strong academic foundation in Mathematics or Calculus (minimum grade of B or 80) is required.
