## Job Description: Recruiter Role
We are currently seeking a results-driven Recruiter to manage our end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle. In this on-site role, you will play a critical part in identifying, evaluating, and securing top-tier talent to support our growing business units.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Sourcing & Screening: Execute comprehensive candidate sourcing strategies and conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified professionals.
* Psychological Assessment: Administer psychological tests and accurately score assessments to evaluate candidate cognitive abilities and cultural fit.
* Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI): Conduct structured, in-depth interviews using the BEI technique to accurately assess past behaviors and predict future job performance.
* Reporting & Documentation: Generate and maintain detailed daily recruitment reports to track hiring metrics and pipeline progress.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on professional experience specializing in recruitment and talent acquisition.
* Technical Competency: Proven proficiency in administering and interpreting standard psychological testing tools.
* Work Arrangement: Full-time Work From Office (WFO) based in West Jakarta.
