1. Mold Operator
As a Mold Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of production molds.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive mold maintenance.
* Execute mold setups, analyze core problems within plastic injection machines, and implement effective repairs.
* Utilize computer systems for routine operational updates.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum education: High School (SMA) or equivalent.
* Male, maximum age of 28 years old.
* Minimum height: 165 cm.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the plastic injection industry.
* Basic computer literacy.

2. Line Quality Control (QC)

* Independently handle electrical installations, troubleshooting, new setups, and routine maintenance.
* Operate, maintain, and efficiently repair a wide range of facility equipment including injection machines, chillers, generators, compressors, and water pumps.

* Male, maximum age of 40 years old.

* At least 1 year of dedicated experience in industrial maintenance.

4. Operator / QM Injection

* Segregate non-conforming (NG) production outputs from acceptable (OK) items and pack finished goods according to standard packaging guidelines.
* Operate machinery to fulfill production schedules and submit timely, accurate daily production reports.
* Immediately report any product non-conformities or abnormal machine conditions to the team leader or QC.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum education: High School (SMA) or equivalent.
