Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our HR team, you will be responsible for the following:
* End-to-End Hiring Support: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including crafting engaging job advertisements, conducting CV screening, facilitating initial interviews, coordinating psychometric tests and medical check-ups (MCU), and managing new-hire onboarding.
* Talent Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a robust database of qualified candidates to ensure we meet our hiring objectives with efficiency and speed.
* Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with universities, vocational schools, and alumni associations to enhance our talent sourcing capabilities.
