Ideal Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our team remains dynamic and capable, we seek candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK). Preference is given to those with backgrounds in Marketing or Mechanical Engineering.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required for university graduates, specifically in Marketing Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
* Language Proficiency: A TOEFL/TOEIC score of at least 500 is a significant advantage for university graduates. High school graduates with strong English fluency are highly encouraged to apply.
* Soft Skills: Applicants should demonstrate excellent public speaking abilities, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills.
* Leadership Experience: Active involvement in internal or external campus or school organizations is highly valued.
* Mobility: Candidates must be willing to be stationed in any of our company’s development areas.
* Bonus Skills: Proficiency in Japanese or Dutch will provide an additional competitive advantage.
