## Job Description: Head Human Capital & General Affair
We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Head Human Capital & General Affair to oversee our HR operations, foster a high-performance workplace culture, and manage general administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute comprehensive human resource strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
* Oversee the full spectrum of HR generalist functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
* Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
* Manage general affairs operations to ensure smooth daily facility and administrative management.
* Mentor and lead the HR and GA team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a relevant Human Capital/HR discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of proven working experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking skills combined with strong strategic execution capabilities.
* Personal Traits: A fast learner with a genuine curiosity for exploring new concepts and industry best practices.
* Leadership & Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as lead, inspire, and manage subordinates effectively.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications for reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
* Work Location: Willingness to be based at our operational hub in Bogor, West Java (specifically Gunung Putri or Citeureup).
