Core Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a D3, D4, or S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a closely related technical discipline. Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply, while individuals with prior maintenance or leadership experience will hold a distinct advantage.
* Software Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to operate industry-standard engineering design software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
* Technical Knowledge:
For Mechanical Tracks:* A solid foundational understanding of mechanical components such as gearboxes and bearings.
For Electrical Tracks:* Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams, understanding PLCs, managing electrical panels, and configuring star-delta systems.
