## Available Positions and Requirements
1. Foreman Mechanic (Placement: South Sumatra)
* Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure SOP compliance. Monitor Physical Availability, Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), and repair schedules to meet performance targets.
* Requirements: Minimum STM/D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Heavy Equipment Engineering. At least 2 years of experience as a Foreman Mechanic in a mining contracting firm. Must hold a POP certification and possess strong leadership skills.
2. HC Strategic & Organizational Development (Placement: Jakarta)
* Responsibilities: Analyze business structures and resource utilization. Manage training needs, talent development, succession planning, and corporate culture initiatives to improve organizational competitiveness.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or Management. Minimum 3 years of experience in HC Strategic/OD, preferably within the mining sector. Expert knowledge in workload analysis and performance management.
3. Foreman Production (Placement: South Sumatra)
* Responsibilities: Supervise production to meet targets while ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Manage daily and weekly team schedules.
* Requirements: Male, aged 30–40. Minimum SMK education with 3 years of production supervision experience. Must hold a POP certification.
4. Plant Engineer
* Responsibilities: Provide technical engineering analysis for equipment modification. Optimize mining equipment performance, reliability, and safety through rigorous monitoring and reporting.
* Requirements: Male, S1 Mechanical Engineering degree. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with proficiency in technical computer software and project management.
5. Excavator Operator
* Responsibilities: Operate excavators efficiently, conduct pre- and post-operation inspections, and perform basic equipment maintenance while prioritizing site safety.
* Requirements: Minimum SMK education. Must possess an active SIO or BII General driver’s license. Minimum 1 year of mining experience.
6. Trainer Mechanic
* Responsibilities: Develop and implement technical training materials and assessment programs. Monitor mechanic competency development and provide curriculum improvement recommendations.
* Requirements: Minimum SMK Mechanical Engineering. At least 3 years of experience as a Trainer in the mining sector. Strong presentation skills and ability to work under pressure.
7. Dump Truck Driver
* Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate Dump Truck units, specifically the Quester CWE 730 or similar. Conduct routine equipment checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
* Requirements: Minimum SMP/SMA education. Must hold a valid BII General driver’s license and have at least 1 year of mining operation experience.
8. Maintenance Planner
* Responsibilities: Create maintenance schedules and monitor spare part inventory, backlogs, and unscheduled repairs. Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
* Requirements: Minimum SMK/D3 Mechanical Engineering. At least 1 year of experience as a planner/scheduler using Ms. Excel or CMMS.
9. Trainer Operator
* Responsibilities: Design and execute theoretical and practical training for heavy equipment operators. Continuously evaluate training effectiveness to ensure high standards.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old. Minimum SMK/D3 education. At least 2 years of experience training A2B unit operators. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
10. Plant Superintendent
* Responsibilities: Oversee all maintenance, repair, and documentation processes at the site. Manage and motivate staff to reach site-wide physical availability targets.
* Requirements: S1 degree (any major). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Must hold a POP certification and possess strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
11. Purchasing Officer
* Responsibilities: Manage the procurement of goods and services, analyze purchase requests, select qualified suppliers, and handle Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Requirements: Minimum D3 education. At least 2 years of experience in purchasing with strong negotiation skills and technical product knowledge.
12. Senior Mechanic
* Responsibilities: Execute complex repairs on heavy equipment, perform routine maintenance, and provide detailed reports on unit malfunctions and readiness.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old. Minimum SMK education with 5 years of experience handling A2B units. BMC certification is highly preferred.
13. Supervisor Maintenance
* Responsibilities: Supervise maintenance and repair activities to ensure work is completed safely, cost-effectively, and on time. Manage workshop environmental compliance and spare part availability.
* Requirements: Minimum SMK/D3 Mechanical Engineering. At least 3 years of experience as a Plant Supervisor. POP certification is preferred.
