## 1. Workshop Head (Kepala Bengkel)
As the Workshop Head, you will take full operational charge of our maintenance facility, driving efficiency and ensuring that all company assets remain in peak operating condition.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on supervisory experience within an automotive workshop or heavy equipment maintenance environment.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting methodologies for commercial vehicles and heavy machinery.

* Educational Background: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate specializing in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practical experience working specifically as a mechanic for heavy-duty vehicles, notably Dump Trucks and Truck Mixers.
* Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of diesel engine architecture, transmission systems, braking mechanisms, and heavy vehicle components.
* Diagnostic Skills: Proficient in performing systematic inspections, fault diagnosis, routine servicing, and complex mechanical repairs, alongside identifying precise spare parts requirements.
* Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to workplace safety procedures (K3) and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE/APD).
