## The 2023 Management Trainee Program
We are officially launching our 2023 Management Trainee (MT) program. This initiative is designed to transform motivated individuals into elite sales professionals and future leaders. Over a comprehensive six-month training period, you will receive mentorship and hands-on experience in retail operations, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this high-impact role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (plus experience), D3, or S1 degree from any discipline.
* Experience: Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage, though fresh graduates with a strong passion for growth are highly encouraged to apply.
