## 1. Global Flavorist Trainee Program 2023
We are looking for the next generation of creative minds to embark on a prestigious two-year apprenticeship designed to shape world-class flavorists.
Key Responsibilities
* Creative Mastery: Develop flavor designs following Good Creative Practices and participate in supervised creation cases.
* Technical Integration: Acquire a deep understanding of analytical, manufacturing, and food science capabilities.
* Digital Proficiency: Utilize state-of-the-art project management and digital creation tools.
* Market Insight: Develop a comprehensive understanding of key flavor categories and regional market trends.
* Assessment: Successfully complete regular checkpoints and a final defense of your work.
Candidate Profile
* Education: University degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
* Skills: Exceptional sensory perception, innate curiosity for food and beverage trends, and a strong technical grasp of physical chemistry.
* Environment: Ability to thrive in a multicultural setting with fluent professional English.

## 2. Production Operator
Our production team is the backbone of our operation, ensuring that every product meets our stringent quality and safety standards.
Core Duties
* Operational Excellence: Execute production processes while strictly adhering to Health, Safety, Environment, and Food Quality (GMP) policies.
* Efficiency: Monitor equipment, record accurate production data, and collaborate with QC analysts for in-process testing.
* Continuous Improvement: Champion 5S methodology, maintain workplace organization, and proactively recommend process enhancements.
* Compliance: Oversee local food safety regulations, claims management, and incident reporting.
Requirements
* Education: Vocational degree, Polytechnic diploma, or University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Food Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
* Competencies: A structured work ethic, high attention to detail, multitasking ability, and strong problem-solving skills.
## 3. QC Technician
The Quality Control (QC) department ensures that Firmenich remains synonymous with perfection. We are seeking meticulous individuals to safeguard our sensory and analytical integrity.
Key Mandates
* Workflow Integrity: Manage the end-to-end QC process, from sample reception to final disposition, ensuring adherence to LEAN workflows.
* Analysis & Evaluation: Independently perform routine and complex analytical tasks, including sensory evaluations and chemical testing of raw materials and finished goods.
* Documentation: Maintain precise records, manage lab inventory, and ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and validated via our internal maintenance systems.
* Operational Standards: Uphold Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ensure the laboratory remains organized and fully stocked.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or Biochemistry.
* Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (Titrification, GC, NMR, DSC) and familiarity with LIMS or SAP is a significant advantage.
* Growth Mindset: A strong desire for continuous improvement and experience with 5S and Root Cause Analysis.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, ability to handle high-pressure environments, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
