1. MT – Finance & Accounting (FAA)
This track is designed for analytical minds ready to master the financial backbone of a major distribution network.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting (max age 24) or Master’s degree (S2) in Accounting (max age 26).
* Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of experience in Finance or Accounting.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with a strong aptitude for logic and analytical problem-solving.
* Soft Skills: Proven leadership qualities, decisiveness, strong communication skills, and an active history of organizational involvement.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our branch offices across Indonesia.
2. MT – Sales (SALES)
The Sales track is for dynamic, pro-active individuals who are eager to drive our market presence and build sustainable business relationships.
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in any major (candidates with a Marketing background are highly preferred).
* Age: Maximum 26 years old.
* Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of experience in Sales.
* Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office; creative and proactive approach to business development.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a track record of active participation in organizations.
* Additional Preference: Possession of a valid SIM A or SIM C driver's license.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our branch offices across Indonesia.
