Available Supervisory Positions
* Production Supervisor (Semarang): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, or Food Technology. Must have 2+ years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Export Marketing Supervisor (Semarang): Requires fluency in Mandarin or English (TOEFL 550/IELTS 6.0), strong negotiation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2+ years of experience in export-driven manufacturing is preferred.
* Quality Control Supervisor (Semarang): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biology, or Chemistry. 2–3 years of experience in QC, with deep knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, or GMP.
* Miniplant Supervisors (Boja, Sukorejo, Ungaran): Seeking leaders with a D3/S1 degree in Engineering or Science disciplines and 2+ years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
Administrative and Technical Roles
* Research & Development Staff (Semarang): Must hold a degree in Food Tech, Chemistry, or Fisheries. Focuses on process efficiency and food safety documentation (HACCP/GMP).
* PPIC Staff (Semarang): Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or Management. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Excel and production planning.
* HRD Staff (Demak): Seeking a professional with a background in Psychology or Management to oversee recruitment, training, and administrative reporting.
* Facility Maintenance Technicians (Semarang & Demak): Open to vocational (SMK) graduates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 1 year of experience in building systems management (electrical, HVAC, and utility maintenance).
