## General Candidate Requirements
To maintain the high standards of our engineering and project delivery teams, all applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant field of study.
* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of industry-specific software and tools essential to the position.
* Availability: Must be ready to join our team on short notice (within a one-month notice period).
* Core Competencies for Specialized Roles:
* Senior Programmer: Expertise in GIT tools, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
* Sales Trading & Piping Engineers: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience within an EPC or Oil and Gas environment.
* Electrical & Instrument Engineers: At least 2 years of professional experience in an EPC or Oil and Gas setting.
* Project Manager (Smelter Plant): Extensive experience with a minimum of 10 years in the mining industry.
